Dean's Office

The Dean's Office is responsible for the organization and administration of academic affairs at the Faculty. Its director is the Dean, appointed by the Faculty Council from the professors at the Faculty.

The most important point for you as a student is that the Dean's Office also serves as examination office, namely the Intermediate Examination for Pastoral Studies (Zwischenprüfung Pfarramt), Intermediate Examination for Gymnasium Teaching as Main Subject (Zwischenprüfung Lehramt Gymnasium vertieft), Subsequent Diplom Examination (Nachdiplomierung), Magister Examination, Final Examination (Fakultätsexamen), Baccalaureat, Doctorate and Habilitation. Please register for all these examinations at the Dean's Office, where you can naturally also obtain advance information about the conditions required and procedures involved in the examinations.
